Before calling for support: You should first check the current announcements to make sure there are no current issues that may effect your account, if you cant connect to your site or email this is your first check. If there is a issue noted then you can rest assured its already being looked into.
2. Lodge a support request : It would really be appreciated if you log the support request first here, even if its super urgent. We place higher priority on requests through ticketing system then over the phone, so if its urgent submit a support request first, email access is not required to do this.
3. If there are no current announcements, and you have not had a reply to your support request within 60mins and you are on a Biz plan or reseller then you may give us a call.
